Rhythms of renewal

From the moment we break free in Nissan to the moment we return to ourselves in Elul, the Hebrew calendar provides guidance for every phase and season in our life.

This is a 6-month online container with meetings twice a month for women to start living in sync with the Hebrew calendar’s wisdom for spiritual and personal growth. This process will strengthen you during challenging times, deepen your connection to your Jewish roots, integrate transformative Kabbalah, and provide you with intentional action based on the teachings of the Hebrew month.

ROSH CHODESH

Every Rosh Chodesh (new moon) we will meet to learn about the Hebrew month, restart and renew our energy, create intentions, reflect on the previous month, and do a group share.

FULL MOON

Around the full moon time, mid month, we'll reconnect as a group to check in. The session (depending on the month) can include a class on the weekly parsha (Torah portion), holiday, or topic in Kabbalah.

THE CIRCLE

This group creates life long connections. The women who join will be part of a community that supports one another and builds relationships that are meaningful and special.

The Hebrew calendar is more than a way to track days; it is a spiritual map for the soul’s evolution.

According to Kabbalah, time is cyclical and rhythmic. Each month is a unique point on a journey, governed by specific Hebrew letters, astrological signs, and spiritual attributes that offer a distinct opportunity for growth.As you move through the seasons, you aren't passing time, you are moving through a process of refinement.

Every session is recorded and will be sent to the WhatsApp group.
Sessions are 90 minutes.
The circles will take place on the Sunday closet to Rosh Chodesh and to the full moon.
Zoom, 8:30pm ISRAEL (please check your local time zone).

Rosh Chodesh

Sessions include learning about the month, EFT/meditation, journaling, intention setting, movement and group sharing.

Full Moon

Mainly for check ins and group sharing however will include a short Torah/Kabbalah session.

Full refund up to one week before the container begins, no refund once started.
