That's exactly what happens inside Rhythms of Renewal, and it's how I started to experience Judaism as something alive and meaningful.

According to Kabbalah, the moon represents the feminine.
Both move through phases, renew, and follow cycles. Within the rhythms of nature, we can find a reflection of the soul's own process of growth, change, and renewal.​​

The Torah tells us that Hashem created the luminaries in the heavens “for signs, and for appointed times, and for days and years” (Bereishit 1:14).
The Hebrew calendar is rooted in this relationship between creation and time, giving us a way to experience the spiritual significance of the months and holidays as we move through the year.
Through noticing the rhythms of the Hebrew calendar, we can find strength and perspective during difficult chapters of life, reconnect with Hashem, and move through life's cycles with more intention.
From Cheshvan to Adar Bet, Rhythms of Renewal takes you through the essence of the fall and winter months and the unique qualities each month holds, through Kabbalistic teachings on creation and womanhood.​

What it looks like to experience the Hebrew months this way
ROSH CHODESH
At the beginning of each Hebrew month, we'll meet to learn about the month's unique energy, reflect on the previous month, set intentions, and share with one another.
FULL MOON
Around the middle of the month, we'll reconnect to check in, share what's coming up, and explore additional teachings from the weekly parsha, Jewish holidays, or Kabbalah.
THE CIRCLE
You'll be part of an intimate community of women who are learning and growing alongside one another.

Two live online gatherings each month: Rosh Chodesh and the full moon.

Each session is 90 minutes.

A private WhatsApp group for updates, teachings, reflections, and connection.
Our sessions include Kabbalistic teachings, journaling, intention-setting, meditation and EFT.
No prior knowledge of Kabbalah is needed. This space is open to women at different stages of their Jewish journey, including women in the conversion process.
