Atzilut – י -The world emanation (His thoughts, Will, Guidance)

Yetzirah – ו - The World of formation (Angels, Ophanim, Spirits)
Assiyah – ה - The World of action (Doing, Creations, People)

On Tu B’Shvat, Kabbalists would eat certain fruits associated with the land of Israel, the Shivat HaMinim, as a way of releasing divine sparks and revealing Hashem’s presence.
The Kabbalah of the Seder:
Four cups of wine are drunk to bring abundance to each world. Fruit shell, pit or lack of either alludes to man who is like a tree. Atzilut is all spirituality and has no fruits.
The fruits are divided into three groupings according to shell, pit or neither and each eaten in sequence with a cup of wine. White and red wines required. As on Pesach, the wine is poured before the text is read and drunk afterwards.
